FAQs: What You Need to Know


Please refer to or get in touch with us for our terms and conditions. A contract will be made, either written or verbally, prior to the limousine rental. It must be noted that the hirer will answer for the actions and behaviors of all passengers on board the vehicle, regardless of whether he is with them or not.


Please be informed that all rides will be duly charged to the customer's credit card for individual clients, and the corporate account numbers for corporate clients. We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

We calculate our service depending on base fare, stop time, wait time, and any holiday surcharges, if ever. Applicable taxes will be included as mandated by law. Kindly note that all rates are subject to change without prior notice. The rates are calculated in the local currency, and we charge in US dollars utilizing the current exchange rate.

We'd be happy to answer any questions you may have about billing. Please feel free to give us a call.

Cancellation and No Show Fees

In the event you need to cancel your reservation with us, kindly inform us at least 48 hours from the scheduled pick up time.

If you fail to show up at the designated location, or give a notice later than 48 hours, it's considered a no show fee, and you'll be charged HALF of the base fare price accordingly.

If you can't locate your vehicle, please call 1-808 306 2758 in order to avoid being charged a no show fee.


In case of an emergency or any event that will prevent the hirer from pushing through with the agreed arrangement, we at Regal Limousine Services may return the amount paid without any liability to the contract whatsoever. Nevertheless, please note that we will not provide alternative transport if the client cancels his booking.
